i’ve got a brand new deli container mocktail for you. it’s a spicy blackberry rosemary smash and it’s unbelievably delicious and easy to make. i love making these! adding alcohol is easy, but it’s just as good (if not better) without it! here is the link to the deli containers i use as well as the link to the straw puncher!

people are super triggered by my plastic deli containers… so let’s talk about it. yes, they’re plastic. yes, they’re also reusable. i literally wash them, stack them, and use them for everything, just like every restaurant on earth. ok that’s all, hope you enjoy!
Blackberry, Rosemary & Ginger Smash Mocktail
ingredients:
(1 large deli container / ~32 oz drink):
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1 sprig rosemary, without stem
4 slices fresh ginger
1–2 tsp hot honey (to taste)
1 oz sudachi juice (substitute lime or lemon juice if unavailable)
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup cold water
ice
if making with alcohol, add in a couple ounces of gin!
method:
in a large deli container, add the blackberries, rosemary, ginger, and hot honey. muddle well until the berries are crushed and the rosemary releases its oils.
add the sudachi juice, ice, coconut water, and water.
seal the deli container tightly with a top and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds. either puncture a hole in the top or use your pre-used hole top and put a straw through the hole to drink.
if you want to make a more typical mocktail, add blackberries, rosemary, ginger, and hot honey to a shaker. muddle, then add sudachi juice, coconut water, water, ice, and shake. strain into a glass over ice. ejoy!
Cannot wait to make this!
