Chocolate Covered Sumo Mandarins
ingredients
1 sumo citrus
1/2 bar dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
flaky sea salt
method
melt one large handful of chocolate chips with about 1tbs coconut oil in the microwave on 30 second intervals, mixing in between.
once chocolate is melted, dip your sumo's in and lay flat on parchment paper. sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for about 15 minutes.
