it’s foggy here in San Francisco so i’m making all the soups- this is a coconut red curry wonton soup and you probably have most of the ingredients in your fridge & pantry.


people are obsessed with soup season for good reason - eating soup an incredible way to nourish yourself and fill up with protein, greens and healing broths. call me lazy but i generally want a soup that takes about 10 minutes to make and that can be enjoyed out of a mason jar after a swim in the bay, but also in a bowl for dinner. here you have it:
Coconut Curry Wonton Mason Jar Soup

1 tsp red curry paste
