OH MY GOD THESE ARE SO GOOD. i made them on a whim and didn’t expect them to turn out as delicious as they were - i knew i had to share.


these muffins are soft, slightly nutty, and naturally sweetened with banana and maple syrup. they're packed with protein from the cottage cheese and hemp seeds, making them a satisfying breakfast or snack. plus, it can be made in one bowl.
i’d recommend using a food scale for metric measurements (g), since that’s how i made these. if you choose to use the imperial system (cups), you’ll probably be fine—just know it’ll be a bit less accurate.
