bone broth is liquid gold. there is something so satisfying about turning leftovers into homemade broth, i’m using scraps from a chicken sheet pan meal as if i’m a homesteading goddess on a farm, not living in an apartment in the middle of the city. and that’s the energy i’m bringing into this year.
all of the bone broth recipes i see online have you throwing a whole ass chicken into the pot, and there’s only two of us here so we generally only eat a couple of chicken thighs each when i make dinner. plus cooking an entire chicken is a pain. so this is the recipe for chicken thigh bone broth. literally all you need to do is make chicken thighs for dinner with veggies and you’re on your way to liquid gold (IN 90 MINUTES) !!!
this is my first youtube video btw!!!
it’s a bit more long form than my normal content and slowly i’ll start to have, like, legit youtube videos (longer than 90 seconds) up for you & the recipes will always live here on Substack. if you wanna support, you can subscribe to my channel (lol).
