Spiced Hot Toddy Grocery List
1 cup freshly squeezed citrus juice (orange, tangerine, lemon & grapefruit mix)
1.5 cups water
3 rooibos tea bags
3 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of cinnamon
a few drops of vanilla extract
star anise and ground cinnamon for garnish
making a drink with me is optional! just stop by to sip whatever you want and hang!

This is great. I’ll be joining in tonight just in time for my 21 day. Fast of no alcohol.
Love the idea of doing a live mocktail session for Damp January. The Spiced Hot Toddy recipe looks amazing with all those warm spices, cardamom and ginger hit different in winter drinks. I've been doing something simillar where I make elaborate non-alcoholic drinks just to keep things interesting, and it honestly helps avoid feeling like missing out. The rooibos tea base is smart too, adds depth without needing sweetness overload.
