Mango Sticky Rice Mocktail
this one is for all my people who have a separate stomach for dessert (and i know there's a lot of you)
the phrase “it’s so good i could drink it,” makes sense. when you love something enough, drinking it feels like the ultimate way to enjoy it with minimal effort. if you’re into looking at things scientifically and mathematically, you can think of it as the maximum pleasure to minimal effort ratio: pleasure/effort = dessert2/time spent. i honestly have no idea if that makes sense because i ! hate ! math ! but it felt right <3
i decided to make a drink that is the mango sticky rice equivalent. it’s a mocktail, but like most of my drinks, it can easily be turned into a cocktail. this drink has rice in it (legit, raw rice), which helps add a bit of starchiness. if you were to add alcohol, the rice would help smooth out the flavor nicely. i hope you love it, and all i can do is warn you... you’re going to want more than one.
