Mini Cherry & Almond Pavlovas
crisp on the outside, marshmallowy in the middle, and topped with juicy cherries, cream, and thyme
i keep seeing mini pavlovas all over my pinterest feed, so it felt like time to put my spin on them. these turned out so good. if you want something that feels impressive without doing a ton of work in the kitchen, this is it.


i also love these because you don’t have to be the host to serve them!! you can prep all the components and bring them to a friend’s house. assemble them there, and suddenly you’ve turned a regular backyard hang into something that looks straight out of a too-cool event in the italian countryside.
(also!! the each component of this recipe stores well, so you can prep mini pavlovas for dessert throughout the week or use your poached cherries in yogurt bowls & cocktails, too!)
