i’m always looking out for drink recipes that are unique and delicious but also beneficial to my body. this is called Quinoa Con Manzana - it’s a classic Peruvian breakfast drink that’s filled with seasonal fruits, warming spices, quinoa, and of course fiber - the benefits are endless. but if you’re struggling to get some *movement* in the morning 💩🚽 this is gonna be your new bestie.
everything goes into a pot and simmers until it’s thickened up - it’s like a porridge that you can drink. i made a big batch at the top of the week and when i crave it in the morning i heat it up in a glass and enjoy with a slice of fresh bread and butter. this will live in my fridge all winter long.
