one of my goals at the top of 2024 was to live life a little simpler. now that we’re nearing the end of the year i’m thinking about all the ways i put that into practice. by doing a little less and buying a little less i began to desire a lot less, and funny enough, my life became filled with so much more.

recently i’ve been craving something frozen with winter flavors, so i put together this spiced pomegranate and blood orange sorbet, made with just a few ingredients and it’s hard to believe that something so simple can produce a dessert so vibrant and full of flavor.
