i recently read that summer 2024 is “snail girl summer” - aka we’re slowing down, making time for connection and practicing mindfulness.
i’m all about this… i’m also all about tomato girl summer. tomatoes are about to start showing themselves everywhere, and it’s important that we use them at their peak ripeness. easy mocktails like this tomato limeade are at the tippity top of my list. i hope you enjoy this drink while relaxing and embracing slowness!
