Warm Cherry Pie Sleep Mocktail

tart cherry juice rounds up all the natural melatonin in your body to help you sleep better but this drink also tastes JUST like cherry pie and that is not an exaggeration. also, if you’re looking for the best eye mask ever for sleeping, this is the one i use.

ingredients//
tart cherry juice
1/4c heavy whipping cream
1 tsp maple syrup
crunchy cookies

method//
add 1 cup tart cherry juice to a pot and bring to a simmer. meanwhile, whisk together 1tsp maple syrup and 1/4c heavy whipping cream until you’ve reached desired thickness. one warm, add cherry juice to a mug, top with whipped cream and favorite cookies. i used crispy snickerdoodle!
