i recently watched an interview with aubrey plaza where she says, “all women have some kind of witchiness… witches are healers, and they’re in touch with nature.” to that, i say: hell yes. while i personally don’t identify as a witch (though i have been known to whisper to my plants and own a few crystals), i feel that powerful energy when i'm surrounded by my female friends—always walking away with more wisdom than i came with. maybe that’s our own little coven forming.

this witch’s brew elixir is my nod to that collective magic. packed with healing ingredients like turmeric, ginger, and apple cider vinegar, it's anti-inflammatory, gut-friendly, and perfect for immune support. i'll be keeping it in my fridge all winter—and if you're throwing a halloween party, it could definitely double as a potion to keep your guests enchanted.
NOTE: if you're using dry ice for that spooky witchy effect, be sure to handle it with care! dry ice can cause burns if touched directly and should never be ingested. always use gloves or tongs when handling, and make sure it fully dissolves before drinking. safety first, witches!
