R — starting The Women this weekend & i’m excited cuz i know it’s gonna make me sob.
E — i hosted book club… chipotle style. i love hostingggg even tho i go overboard every damn time. details coming to instagram on monday.
P — i actually can’t get enough of this song. i listen to it on repeat while i write. i’m so emo :/
O — it’s soap that looks like mortadella… say less. does it have pore clogging ingredients? probably. will i still buy it? yes.
R — if you feel like donating to the animals, this organization was started by a friend of mine last month who lost her sweet bulldog. she’s raising money to buy food for dogs waiting to be adopted, taking care of their basic needs!
T — epsom salt baths because sometimes you just really need a good bath. i use these epsom salts from my local drugstore.

let’s talk about the slight shift in programming…
i've been clocking extensive hours crafting heartfelt essays and developing exclusive recipes in my Sunday letters. the content shared there has taken on a deeply personal, introspective tone, aligning with the original purpose of the newsletter—to foster intimate connections.
because of this, i've decided to make most Sunday letters a paid feature. it's a space where i pour my heart out, and it feels more fitting for a smaller, engaged audience.
that being said !!! everyone is important to me, paid or not. that’s why this ‘report & roundup’ now exists. it’s a lot of the same content you are used to receiving in the free sunday newsletter (recipe roundups, links, what i’m loving, etc).
TLDR; two emails will be going out each week. one every friday morning for all subscribers and one every sunday morning for paid subscribers.
as a free subscriber, not much is changing! friday mornings you’ll receive an email just like this without a paywall. the change: most sunday letters will now be paywalled. i’ll still include free previews so you can get a taste of what i’m chatting about.
as a paid subscriber, you’re getting increased exclusive access to sunday letters as well as newsletter-only recipes, updates on my life, what’s inspiring me, travel guides, Q&A’s, etc. i appreciate your willingness to support me — i know there are a ton of substacks popping up and i want to make sure $5/month feels worth your while.
a note on accessibility
I don’t expect everyone to pay for my Substack. But I do want everyone interested to be able to access this content. That’s why I’ve set my subscription cost to as low as it can go—$5/month or $50 for the year (or $40/year if you lock in the 20% discount this week!)
$50 spent annually is $4.10/month—somewhere around what you’d pay for a standard latte. I like to think of this as a comparable equivalent: it’s an experience that brings a little inspiration, warmth, and community to your day. The difference? You can always come back to this Substack for more.
