i’m not really a gift guide person. they kind of stress me out—too many options, decision paralysis, and half the time it’s just a roundup of random crap you’ll throw out before next year. plus, let’s be real, nothing screams ‘tis the season like perpetuating capitalism (!!!) but... i can’t lie, they do help when i have zero clue what to gift someone.
over the last couple of years, my family and i have totally changed how we do gifts. we’ve gotten super intentional—one gift per person max. gift-giving is sweet and all, but for some of us, it’s stress central. the holidays shouldn’t be about running yourself ragged or going broke because you feel obligated to buy everyone a present. it should be about what actually matters—hanging out with your people, eating good food, sipping something cozy, and just vibing together.
so, with that in mind, here’s a short & sweet & intentional gift guide i put together for you. these are things i have and love or would be thrilled to get. a few are on the bougie side, but i’m all about giving gifts that actually last—things people will use and think of you every time they do.
