What I'm Making This Week
Fall Bean Chopped Salad, Rattlesnake's Revenge Mocktail, & Chewy Pumpkin Spiced Sesame Cookies đđȘ
hiii! iâm so excited to share something youâve all been asking forâeasy meal prep! every couple of weeks, youâll get one free recipe on me, with two more for paid subscribers. this way, youâll have everything you need to get your grocery shopping done for the week ahead.
itâs officially that time of year: orange and brown food season. and tbh, if you donât have at least two jars of pumpkin pie spice in your pantry right now, you might need a wellness check. this week alone, iâve cycled through Spotifyâs 6hr 28min fall feels playlist twice and burned through my entire toasted pumpkin candle. i know, i know, youâre thinking, âolivia, maybe youâre the unwell one here.â honestly? fair point.
letâs talk about what weâre cooking this week!!! iâm bringing you three versatile, delicious fall recipes that all take about 30 minutes or less to put together. a Fall Bean Chopped Salad thatâs quickly becoming my latest obsession, a Sp00ky Mocktail thatâs both cozy and cool (no hangovers in sight! happy Sober October!), and Chewy Pumpkin Spice Sesame Cookies that are begging to be prepped for your weeknight dessert⊠and/or to be shared at every fall gathering you have planned. hope you love these recipes!

THE MOCKTAIL RECIPE BELOW IS FREE! ENJOY <3
Rattlesnake's Revenge Mocktail
muddled fig and fresh sage give this drink an earthy sweetness, balanced by some of my fave NA alternatives to give it a warm, spicy kick. itâs the perfect sp00ky sip for Octoberâall the flavor without the booze.
Fall Bean Chopped Salad
you know when you make a meal and you just canât stop eating it? i think itâs called a hyperfixation meal⊠but this feels like more than it. it becomes the most exciting part of your day and sometimes, even on the hard days, is what gets you out of the bed in the morning? thatâs this Fall Bean Chopped Salad.
Chewy Pumpkin Spice Sesame Cookies
i wanted a chewy fall cookie that felt unique and packed with big flavorâbut also incredibly easy to make. they can easily be made gluten free. with just 12 ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your pantry, these cookies are perfect for weeknight dessert, ice cream sandwiches, or gifting to friends you love.
Yum! Those cookies and that mocktail sound amazing! Adding them to my recipe wish list.
looks amazing!! what do you suggest doing if youâre allergic to apples? just omit, or is there a substitute youâd recommend to keep that fun crunch?
