Pizza Dipping Oil


ingredients
extra virgin olive oil
fresh oregano, finely chopped
fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
2 anchovies mashed into a paste or 1tsp anchovy paste
a dash of Calibrian chili oil
1 garlic clove grated or a pinch of garlic granules
salt & pepper
parmesan cheese, finely grated
mozzarella cheese, roughly grated
fresh sourdough or ciabatta or focaccia
method
start by chopping your herbs, anchovies & pickled jalapeños. add olive oil to a dish and top with oregano, rosemary, jalapeños, anchovy paste, a dash of Calabrian chili oil, grated garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. mix until combined.


then, add roughly grated mozzarella on top. slice bread into thick slices and enjoy!
